Kairee k Sherbet
With humidity and hot weather prevailing in this month, its important to stay hydrated and fresh , instead of drinking soda and artificially flavored drinks , its wise to have something made with natural ingredient and hygiene . At my home I took some raw mangoes which are often used in achars , chutney and made a delicious sherbet which was flavorsome and refreshing , it took my 30 mins to make and it served 5 people
In just 3 steps you will get this amazing Indian Drink
Step # 1
Wash, peel and cut 2 to 3 medium size kairee , and remove the stone.
Step# 2
In a pan take two cups of water , one cup of sugar and add the kaire pieces , boil for 10 to 15 until Kairee softens
Step # 3
Then keep the mixture under a fan to cool it down, once its normal blend it till it becomes smooth. Transfer the juice in a jug and refrigerate for two hours
Tips
-You may add a pinch of cumin powder/whole or mint or lemon juice
-You may add cold water to the juice if its too thick.
-Serve the juice chilled
