Sunday Special -Crepe Florentine


Makes 4 standard size crepes 

Step 1

Prepare crepe batter and make crepes , keep them in individual plates.


Step 2 

Prepare filling , make about one cup white sauce , add half cup cream and half cup cheese in it. If mixture becomes thick add a little milk. Add seasoning according to you taste.


Step 3

Add black olives and mushrooms to this mixture , to may add boiled spinach , corns or boiled chicken to add variety. 

Step 4 

Assemble crepes and mixture , put two-three tablespoons of the mixture on one side of the crepe and fold the other side on it , to may put some batter on top of it. Sprinkle some chopped parsley.
